Public Transport
The journey from Amsterdam to Volendam by bus is quick and cheap. You can take the Bus Number 316 from Amsterdam Centraal and it will drop you at Volendam in approximately 30 Minutes. The cost of a one-way bus ticket from Amsterdam to Volendam is roughly € 4.70 and you can use the Amsterdam City Card to pay for your bus journey. The bus will drop you at the Volendam Centrum from where the Volendam Museum is. The Volendam Harbour is a walk and Art Hotel Spaander is around 600m walking.
From Hoorn take bus 314 to Edam (bus station). Then bus 110 or 316 towards Volendam. Get off at stop 'Julianaweg / Centrum'.

From Schiphol
From Schiphol there are fast train connections to Amsterdam CS. From Amsterdam CS you can take one of the bus lines to Volendam.
Taxi
