Reservations
Have you booked a flexible rate? Then you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the arrival date, either directly or via the booking platform. Please note that the arrival date starts at 0.00 (CET).
For non-refundable rates, the reservation will be charged immediately and you cannot cancel or change it free of charge. Cancellation is possible, but a 100% penalty applies.
Payments
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, whether you pay directly or not. The hotel may temporarily carry out a pre-authorisation to confirm the booking. You can then choose to pay with another credit or debit card. Cash payments are not accepted as our hotel does not process cash. Your credit card details are required during the booking process, regardless of the chosen payment method.
Arrival
Check-in starts at 3pm. If rooms are available earlier, we can facilitate an early check-in depending on arrival time and availability. If you prefer to spend the day without suitcases, you can leave your luggage at reception until your room is ready or you return. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, so there is always a front desk staff present.
During your stay
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Hotel Spaander.
Departure
Check-out time is flexible, but no later than 11am. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can leave your luggage with us and spend the day before you leave.
If you wish to use your room longer, you can check out until 13:00 for EUR 15, subject to availability.
Rates
To guarantee your booking, your credit card details are required until your arrival at the hotel. Payment will take place at the hotel. If you wish to cancel your booking, this must be done no later than 24 hours before the arrival date. Please note that the arrival date starts at 0.00 a.m. (CET). Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100% penalty charge. In case of a no-show, the full price of the reservation will be invoiced.
Different cancellation conditions may apply for group and long-term reservations (more than 5 days). In such cases, the hotel will contact you.
The hotel may pre-authorise your credit card prior to arrival to check its validity.
